By accessing SchoolOS or using its services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use SchoolOS for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not access or use SchoolOS.

SchoolOS provides tools for school operations, learning, communication, billing, and related workflows. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the accuracy and lawful use of information entered into the platform.

Paid plans, usage limits, included features, and applicable charges are described in the plan or order selected by the organisation. Subscription charges are payable according to the agreed billing terms.

Messaging usage, implementation services, and other separately identified services may incur additional charges. We will provide notice of material changes to pricing or plan terms.

Your organisation retains its rights in the content and records it submits to SchoolOS. You grant us the limited permissions needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide the service.

You are responsible for obtaining the permissions and consents required to collect and use personal information in SchoolOS. We may restrict access to content that violates the law or these terms.

We work to keep SchoolOS available and reliable, but maintenance, security events, connectivity issues, and circumstances outside our control may cause interruptions. We may update features and these terms as the service develops.

If a change materially affects your use of SchoolOS, we will provide reasonable notice where practical. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
